The focus is on building strong relationships by ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from initial consultation to resolution. By driving innovative engagement strategies and optimizing processes, Tatum helps clients feel confident and valued. Outside of work, Tatum cherishes spending time with his family of four, including a fiancé, son, and father-in-law. Together, they love exploring new destinations through travel and soaking up sunny beach days. Their house is also a lively haven for pets, with seven cats and a dog keeping things fun and full of excitement.
